Release 0.0.94

What's new
in Strawberry

Released

Introducing Routines. Your companion can now run things on a schedule or react when something happens in your apps, like drafting a reply whenever a client emails, or briefing you every morning. This update also brings fluid tab animations, a refreshed chat history sidebar, stronger security, and a long list of fixes.

Routines

Tell your companion to do something on a schedule or whenever something happens in your apps, and it gets to work. "Summarize my inbox every morning at 9," "when I get a client email, draft a reply," "when a commit lands on main, post a summary in Slack." Works with Gmail, Outlook, GitHub and Notion. Replay any past run or trigger one on demand. If your computer is off or asleep when a routine is due, it waits and runs automatically the next time you open Strawberry.

Tab Animations

The tab bar was rebuilt with fluid animations throughout. Opening a tab, closing one, dragging tabs into groups, pinning and unpinning, every action now transitions smoothly instead of snapping. When you close a tab, the remaining tabs hold their width so the close button stays right under your cursor, perfect for quickly closing several tabs in a row.

Chat History

The chat history sidebar got a fresh look. It now shows upcoming routines and when they're scheduled to run, and active routines update live so you always know what's happening.

Security & Privacy

Tighter access controls across the app and stronger handling of content from websites you visit. We also resolved known dependency vulnerabilities identified for this release.
