Strawberry Gemini

Sixty supplier sites, one sourced sheet, by lunch

A Strawberry companion works the ad account, the applicant tracker and the supplier portal the same way it works Gmail, with a numbered source chip on every row and a card in front of anything that lands.

Hand a companion 60 supplier sites and 60 sourced rows come back: price, lead time and MOQ in one sheet, a numbered source chip on each claim, and anything that moved since last month flagged. Every write to a record waits on a click.

Strawberry is an agentic browser for macOS and Windows, reaching 93 native integrations carrying 1,257 hand-written operations and 1,975 further apps as connected accounts with 11,417 actions between them. Where neither exists, a companion works the applicant tracker, the supplier portal or the internal admin panel in the session you are already signed into.

Saved as a routine the pass runs on a daily time, an interval, a cron expression or an app trigger, each with its own run history. Keep Awake holds the Mac or PC awake, so the Monday 07:00 run finishes with the lid closed. Gemini’s centre of gravity is Google’s own surfaces: as of this writing Google describes Gemini in Chrome answering from the context of your open tabs, with auto browse in preview for AI Pro and Ultra subscribers in the U.S. The Chrome-specific comparison is at Strawberry vs. Gemini in Chrome.

What does Gemini reach without leaving Google?

Google's own products, natively.

Its page for Chrome describes surfacing a flight time from your inbox, checking details in Google Flights and drafting an update without switching tabs. Gemini also sits in Gmail, Docs and Vids on paid tiers, ships a macOS app, and carries Deep Research and Canvas. Google's subscription page lists Free at $0, Google AI Plus at $4.99 a month, and Google AI Pro at $19.99 a month as of this writing.

The other half of the day is the eight non-Google logins most jobs pick up: an applicant tracker, a CRM, a support desk, a payroll tool, an ad manager, an internal admin panel. A companion treats all eight the way it treats Gmail.

Who does the non-Google half of the day?

A companion, because it does not care whose logo is on the tab.

What it reaches is whatever your session reaches, which includes the internal dashboard with no API and the vendor portal with a login page from 2014.

For the tools people live in there are connected accounts rather than clicking: Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Notion, Salesforce, Linear, Jira, Zoom and Apollo among 93 native integrations, with 1,975 further apps connectable. Google's own surfaces are covered too, so Google Sheets work behaves like the rest of the estate rather than needing a different habit.

Approve each action before it lands

A companion can work for six minutes unattended and still stop dead in front of sending, deleting, paying or posting, showing exactly what it is about to do. Ask Always mode in Settings → AI permissions makes every step wait. On a run that touches 40 records, per-action consent is the version that means something, and the reasoning is at /security.

Google emphasises that Gemini in Chrome assists only when you ask and activates via the icon or a keyboard shortcut, which is a consent gate on starting.

Keep Chrome, hand over the crossing work

Nobody has to delete anything.

Chrome and Gemini keep the Google half. The companion takes the runs that cross six logins and end in changed records.

The runs worth handing over first are sorted by role in the agentic work index.
