How to use Strawberry for anything

Everything you need to start working with your AI companion.

You shouldn't have to learn how to work with AI. AI should learn how to work with you.

Most browser work follows a pattern: open tabs, gather information, move it somewhere else, repeat. Strawberry handles the repetitive parts so you can focus on what matters.

Getting started: your companion adapts to you

When you start with Strawberry, your companion learns about you through a brief onboarding. It looks at your connected apps, asks about your role, and learns what your day-to-day work looks like.

From there, your companion adapts to your workflows. It remembers your tools, your preferences, and your ways of working. Over time, it gets better at anticipating what you need and how you like things done.

You don't need to write perfect prompts or learn special commands. Just describe what you need in plain language, and your companion figures out the rest.

Most people are surprised by how much they can automate once they start. Tasks that felt too custom or too complex suddenly become repeatable workflows.

Why it works

Strawberry is built differently:

👋
Approachable
Start with a simple prompt in your browser. No special commands, no new interface to learn. Just describe what you need in plain language and your companion figures out the rest.
🔄
Flexible
Goes anywhere you would go in the browser. Your companion handles pagination, clicks through detail pages, and finds information other AI tools can't reach—because it actually browses the web like you do.
🔗
Connected
Integrates directly with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Notion, CRM platforms, and more. Data flows between apps without copy-pasting.
🧠
Self-improving
Learns your workflows, preferences, and tools over time. Anything you do more than once can be saved as a workflow and run again. Your companion remembers what worked and gets better with every interaction.

Start with what's in front of you

The best way to learn Strawberry is to start with something you're about to do anyway:

1
Start with a real task
Open Strawberry when you're about to research something, compile a report, or find information across your tools. Describe what you need in plain language.
2
Let your companion ask questions
It will clarify what you're looking for to deliver better results. This also helps it learn your preferences.
3
Review and refine
After the first run, give feedback ("next time, prioritize X" or "skip Y"). Your companion remembers for next time.
4
Save what works
Once a workflow is dialed in, tell your companion so that it remembers the approach.

Not sure where to start? Ask your companion: "What can you help me with?" or "Show me some workflows I could try."

Tips for working with your companion

Think of your companion less like a chatbot and more like a capable assistant who learns your preferences over time.

1
Start with what you want, not how to do it
You don't need to break tasks into steps—just say "find recent news about X" or "search my tools for Y." Your companion figures out the approach and asks clarifying questions if needed.
2
When you're stuck, just ask
Not sure what your companion can help with? Ask it. "What can you help me with?" or "Show me some workflows I could try." It's designed to guide you through possibilities, not wait for perfect prompts.
3
Use connected apps when you can
Your companion works faster and more reliably when it can connect directly to your tools rather than navigating websites.
4
Communicate like you would with a person
You can be specific: "Spend 10 minutes on this, not an hour" or "Remember that I prefer bullet points over paragraphs." Your companion adapts to your working style and remembers your preferences for next time.

Trust & safety

Strawberry works across your entire digital workspace. Two things to know:

  • Your companion never takes action without your approval. Drafts are presented for review, data updates are flagged for confirmation, and you control what gets sent or changed. You stay in control of every interaction.
  • Your data stays on your device. Chats, passwords, browsing history, and companion memories are stored locally, not in the cloud. App integrations use standard OAuth, and you can revoke access anytime from Settings. Strawberry doesn't train models on your data.

Strawberry is built local-first—your chats, passwords, and browsing data stay on your device, not in the cloud. Read more about our approach to security in our white paper.

Pricing

Strawberry is free to try. Plans start at $20/month when you're ready to scale up. Read more on our pricing page.
