Yes. 61 unread, sorted and drafted, in twenty-five minutes
A companion reads whole threads, sorts the inbox into what needs you and what does not, and writes the replies. Nothing leaves without your click.
Yes. Gmail and Outlook are native integrations in Strawberry. It is an agentic browser you run on your own Mac or Windows machine. A companion can search your mail, read full threads, fetch attachments, list and apply labels, mark as read, archive, and create, edit and send drafts and replies.
That is enough for real inbox work: find the thread where the customer asked about renewal terms, read the whole history, open the contract in the attachment, and draft the answer in context. Every write in the Gmail integration is approval-gated, down to creating a draft, and the card shows the recipient and the body. Reading and searching flow freely.
What does AI inbox triage actually produce?
A sort, not a summary. Three lists: needs a decision from you, needs a reply anyone could write (drafted, attached), and needed nothing at all.
That third list is the one that eats the morning. Most of a normal inbox is messages whose correct handling is "confirm it required nothing", and a companion confirms 45 of them while you read the nine that matter. The recurring version is at how to automate inbox triage with AI.
How good the drafts actually are
Best where the reply has a factual core, which is most of them. Scheduling, status updates, answers that exist in a thread or an attachment: those come back send-quality, because the companion checks your calendar, reads the contract, and looks at the tracker in another tab before writing.
Each draft cites the thread facts it used, so reviewing one takes seconds. You rewrite two, approve five, and handle your nine yourself.
Can it send without asking?
Sends and replies stop on an approval card showing recipient and body. Approving is per action, per session, or always for that tool, remembered as you choose, and Ask Always mode in Settings → AI permissions makes everything wait. The model is on the security page, with integration detail on the Gmail and Outlook pages.
Where the drafts get their facts
From the tabs around them.
A renewal question gets answered from the contract in the attachment, a scheduling question from your calendar, a status question from the tracker in another tab.
That is why a reply comes back finished rather than half-written, and why reviewing one takes a glance instead of a rewrite.
