Can a companion prep every booked call?

That is what this integration exists for.

It pulls next week’s scheduled events, gets the invitees for each, and reads their answers to your intake questions, the part of Calendly that already holds the most useful sentence about the meeting.

Then it does the part Calendly cannot. It takes the email domain, opens the company, reads the pricing page and the recent announcement, and writes three things that change how you open the call. That is the research use case, aimed at a calendar.

Cancelling: the one action a person feels

A companion can cancel a scheduled event and attach a reason, and Calendly notifies the invitee, which is exactly why it asks first.

What it does without ceremony is the noticing: the two events double-booked against a flight, the discovery call with a personal email address and no answers filled in, the invitee who has booked and no-showed three times. It surfaces the list, and you decide who gets cancelled.

Can this run on a schedule instead of on Sunday?

Save it as a routine and the prep pack exists before the week does: every meeting, who is coming, what they said they wanted, and a flag on the calls where the intake answers suggest somebody else should take it. That weekly rhythm is the operations pattern.

What a Calendly reminder cannot tell you

Who they are, what their company shipped last month, whether they have been in your inbox before, and what those two sentences in the intake answer actually imply. A companion brings all four back.

Reminders at 24 hours, post-call follow-ups, routing forms and no-show handling stay on Calendly’s own workflows, which fire deterministically. Booking and availability stay there too.
