Fill any web form with AI, and stop before Submit

Hand a companion the six-page vendor portal and get forty fields filled from your own sheets, files and logged-in accounts. The two it cannot source come back as questions.

Forty fields, six pages, filled in about the time it takes you to read them. Legal entity and EIN out of the W-9 in your files, the office address off your own website, the use-case paragraph drafted from the briefing you gave it.

Autofill stops at your name and your card number. A companion reads the whole form first, fills every field it can defend, and hands the rest back as questions. Free to download on Mac and Windows.

What happens when you hand it a form?

Take the onboarding portal.

The companion reads all six pages before it touches a field, then fills: legal entity name and EIN from the W-9 in your files, the office address from your own website, the “describe your use case” paragraph from the briefing you gave it when you set it up.

Two fields it cannot source, the billing contact finance changed last month and the plan tier you have not picked, come back to you as questions. Then it stops and the filled form sits in the tab for you to read.

Fill a portal straight from your spreadsheet

Forty rows, and a portal with no import button.

The companion opens the sheet in the next tab and carries the values across row by row, pausing wherever the portal asks something the sheet does not answer.

The same skill runs backwards: companions pull structured data off pages into tables you keep, which is the everyday job in data extraction. Save the pass as a skill and the second portal takes one line.

Why does it stop before Submit?

A submitted application and a placed order have no recall button, so submission stops at an approval card, the same way sending email and paying do. The model is written out on our security page.

You spend ten seconds checking forty fields you did not have to key in.

Three things it hands back to you

Knowing where the run stops is what makes it easy to leave running:

  • CAPTCHAs. They exist to require a person. The companion hands one to you and picks the form back up on the other side.
  • Attestations. Anything you are personally certifying, from identity to signatures, stays yours to complete.
  • Guesses. A field it cannot source becomes a question, because the wrong billing entity submitted confidently is worse than a question.
