ActiveCampaign Strawberry

Automate your ActiveCampaign audit with an AI agent

All 62 automations in one table: which still have entries in the last 90 days, what triggers each, and what the first email says.

Sixty-two automations, of which maybe fourteen still run, three of them sending email that references a product name you retired. Nobody deletes any because nobody is certain what is connected to what.

A companion opens all 62 and returns one table: entries in the last 90 days, the entry condition, and the first message. That table exists nowhere in the product.

You connect ActiveCampaign once and see exactly what it can reach before you allow it. Adding a contact to an automation sends real email, so that one waits for you.

The automation inventory

Ask for one table: every automation, whether it has entries in the last 90 days, what its entry condition is, and what the first message says.

The uncomfortable rows are the ones with recent entries and copy that has aged out. Somebody received that email last Tuesday.

Why do custom fields multiply?

Because adding one is easier than finding out whether it already exists.

Three years of that produces “Company”, “company_name”, “Account”, and a field called “Notes 2”.

A companion reads the whole field list with fill rates attached: which are populated for more than a handful of contacts, which are empty, which duplicate each other. Consolidation becomes a decision rather than an investigation.

How do you check that a segment contains real buyers?

By leaving the platform.

A segment tells you who matched a condition. It cannot tell you that 30 percent of them work at agencies who will never buy.

A companion samples the segment, opens each contact’s company on the open web, and reports the composition. That is qualify inbound leads automatically pointed at an audience you already have.

What stays in the automation builder

Timing, branching, waits, and anything that must happen for every contact who matches. Those are rules and they run unattended.

The judgement either side is what moves: choosing who enters, reading what came back, deciding what the numbers mean. That split is what the marketing routines are built around.
