Zoho CRM Strawberry

Automate your Zoho CRM cleanup with an AI agent

A companion reads all 180 open Deals, checks each account against its own website, and hands you the record edits as a batch to approve.

Sixty of your 180 open Deals are dead and nobody can prove which sixty. That is the number your forecast is built on.

A companion works the list one record at a time. It reads the Deal, reads the last activity, opens the account’s own site, then proposes close-lost with a reason. You approve a queue instead of clicking through sixty records.

What a stale Deals module costs you

Forecast credibility.

180 open deals with 60 dead ones in them produce a number everybody privately discounts, so the pipeline meeting becomes a discussion of vibes.

The clean-up is 60 separate small judgements and nobody has an afternoon. A companion has the afternoon.

It reads each Deal, reads the last activity, opens the account’s own site to see whether anything moved, then proposes close-lost with a reason, a new date with a note, or an escalation. You review a queue. The full sweep is written up under clean a messy CRM with AI.

What does the Friday pass look like?

Every Friday at 16:00, the accounts in your book where something actually changed this week, written up before you leave. It costs forty websites read, which is why nobody volunteers for it twice. Saved as a routine it runs whether or not anybody remembers to ask, filed with the rest of your operations work.

One real pass, with the clock on it:

  • 16:10: pull the 40 Accounts in the owner’s book that still carry an open Deal.
  • 16:12: open each account’s site, careers page and news, one tab at a time.
  • 16:31: nine accounts show something real. A funding note, two new SDR postings, one pricing change.
  • 16:33: each finding drafted as a note against the record, carrying the link it came from.
  • 16:35: you approve the batch. Three accounts marked as worth a call on Monday, four ambiguous ones flagged rather than guessed at.

How does a companion avoid inventing a picklist value?

By reading the module before it writes to it.

Zoho orgs are customised heavily. Write a Lead Status of “Qualified” into an org whose only value is “Qualified - Sales Accepted” and validation passes, the record looks fine, and the report drops it.

So the order is fixed. Read the fields that exist, use the values your org defines, and show every proposed change with the current value beside the new one.

Working the Zoho screens directly

Blueprint transitions, Deluge functions and the workflow rules your admin wrote stay in Zoho.

If your process is encoded in a Blueprint, the Blueprint is still the boss.

When the interface itself is what you need, a companion opens the Zoho web app you are already signed into and clicks the screens the way you would.

That is slower than an API call and it means nothing in your org sits out of reach.
