How operations teams use Strawberry to get more done

Morning briefs, reports, and follow-ups — handled before you finish your coffee.

Operations people are the glue that holds a company together. They're also the ones with 14 tabs open at 8am, pulling numbers from one dashboard, pasting them into another, chasing follow-ups, and prepping everyone else's day before they've started their own.

The strategic work gets whatever's left.

A better way to operate, with Strawberry

Work happens in the browser, and Strawberry is the best place to let AI help with your busy work. Your personalized AI companion works where you already are, not in a separate window waiting for you to copy-paste context into it. It sees your tabs, browses sites on your behalf, and connects directly to your tools. It goes beyond summaries—it does the work.

Here's how Strawberry can handle the coordination so you can focus on the decisions.

Start small

You don't need to overhaul how you work to try this. Strawberry looks and works like the browser you already use. It just does more.

Things to try

☀️
Morning brief
Ask your companion to prep your day. It checks your inbox, calendar, Slack, and task list, then gives you a single summary with links to everything that needs your attention.

Your companion connects to your email, calendar, and communication tools. It flags urgent emails, surfaces what's due today, and for any external meetings, researches the attendees so you walk in prepared.

The result is a concise briefing with working links, not an essay. After a couple of runs, you can schedule it to land every morning automatically.

📊
Compile reports
Tell your companion what data you need and where it lives. It pulls from multiple sources in parallel and compiles everything into the format you prefer.

Multiple agents pull data from different dashboards, tools, and platforms simultaneously. Your companion compiles it into a Google Sheet, Notion page, doc, or clean summary in chat.

It memorizes your format and sources so next time takes even less back-and-forth. For recurring reports, the whole thing can be scheduled.

🔔
Chase follow-ups
Your companion cross-checks your calendar and sent emails to find follow-ups you haven't sent yet. It surfaces them with context so you can close the loop fast.

It scans your calendar for recent meetings, checks your sent folder for replies, and flags gaps.

Each follow-up comes with the original meeting context and a suggested message. You review and send. No more things slipping through the cracks because you got pulled into something else.

🗺️
Research and plan
Upcoming conferences, travel logistics, vendor comparisons. The kind of research that takes an afternoon of tabs. Your companion handles it in minutes.

Multiple agents research in parallel across different sites. For a business trip, that means flights, hotels, distances, and logistics compiled into one overview.

For events, it's dates, costs, locations, and relevance to your team. Everything structured and ready to share.

Your companion learns over time

You don't need to worry about writing long prompts. Your companion learns both from your existing docs and from chatting with you. Over time, your companion remembers your tools, your report formats, your team structure, and your preferences. It learns which sources matter, what format you like things in, and who needs to see what. The more you use it, the less you have to explain.

Outperforms the competition

We tested Strawberry head-to-head against comparable AI browsers on the market, on real workflows across real platforms. Strawberry came out on top.

Tips for working with your companion

Think of your companion less like a chatbot and more like a capable assistant who learns your preferences over time.

  • Start with what you want, not how to do it. You don't need to break tasks into steps—just say "pull this week's KPIs into a report" or "chase follow-ups from yesterday's meeting." Your companion figures out the approach and asks clarifying questions if needed.
  • When you're stuck, just ask. Not sure what your companion can help with? Ask it. "What can you help me automate?" or "How should I approach this reporting workflow?" It's designed to guide you through workflows, not wait for perfect prompts.
  • Use connected apps when you can. Your companion works faster and more reliably when it can connect directly to tools like your project management platform and spreadsheets rather than navigating websites.
  • Communicate like you would with a person. You can be specific: "Spend 10 minutes on this, not an hour" or "Remember that the exec team prefers bullet-point summaries." Your companion adapts to your working style and remembers your preferences for next time.

Trust & safety

It's important that your sensitive data stays safe. Two things to know:

  • Your companion never sends anything without your approval. Report drafts, follow-up emails, and tool updates are presented for review before they go anywhere. You stay in control of every interaction.
  • Your data stays on your device. Chats, passwords, browsing history, and companion memories are stored locally. App integrations use standard OAuth, and you can revoke access anytime from Settings.

Strawberry is built local-first—your chats, passwords, and browsing data stay on your device, not in the cloud. Read more about our approach to security in our white paper.
