As a technical team, we have become 10x versions of ourselves thanks to the amazing new AI tools built for developers. But as we shared our excitement with our non-technical friends, we realized that the AI revolution had not yet meaningfully touched their lives.
Instead, many of them were worried about an AI revolution where they would get left behind. Where their jobs would be automated away because they couldn't compete.
We wanted to build a tool that would make it easy for everyone to experience the benefits of AI. We realized that the best way to do that was by bringing AI into the tool where most people do their work - their browser. That's how Strawberry was born.
When browsing the web, we flip through hundreds of tabs per day, spending hours on boring repetitive grunt work that could and should be automated.
The same goes for moving data from tab to tab, populating and enriching sheets and writing the same email over and over again with slight variations.
But each person has their own unique workflows that require context about them and what they're working on. This means that some tasks just can’t be replaced by some SaaS tool or Zapier automation.
Strawberry aims to be the tool that supercharges you to become the 10x version of yourself, by removing the tedious parts of your work and helping you focus on the things that matter. Strawberry aims to always give you the newest, greatest AI tools at your fingertips.
Strawberry was born in Stockholm, Sweden 🇸🇪, and that's where the team is currently based. We're a fully technical team with a history of taking on ambitious projects and building cool things. We have a culture of low ego, high agency and strong positive energy.
The team is planning to relocate to San Francisco, CA 🇺🇸 in 2025.
Charles was the original founder of Strawberry. He has been obsessed with AI agents since 2018 and started building agentic AI when GPT-4 was released. We call him the LLM-whisperer.
Arian is a lifetime builder and tech enthusiast. He has one degree in Computer Science and a second one in Business & Economics and has been building software since he was 13 years old. He is the best problem solver you'll find north of Antarctica.
Sebastian has been building creative projects since middle school and started programming around that time. He later dropped out of High School to pursue his first tech startup and never looked back.
